What is It?

Red room Yes, it’s not a place of dark Web where people watch ordinary videos. Or it’s not any red room!!! This is a site that is available on the dark web. Nearly 80 percent of those who have Terrorist group choose Red Room dark web to earn money.

The name is believed to be a pun to the word “Redrum” (that’s what it sounds like when you say the word Red Room), which if spelled backwards spells “Murder”!

I will put it as simply as possible. “A live video streaming website on the TOR hidden network (deep web), which streams live violence, rape, murder, and other such kinds of ‘negative’ videos for the entertainment of others”.

Red Rooms are the live video streaming Onion or Shadow sites with the option of live IRC chats alongwith Bitcoin payment. Now, does that ring a bell for you? Still no, then now I can explain. You can call Red Rooms as Virtual Harassment Terminal which includes many of the world's heinous & blatant coercion is being executed lively as per the inflow of Bitcoins to the Organizers, as per the orders of members in the Live IRC Chats.

They Torture the victim in various ways and recorded the video and left it in the red room. Most of the time videos of that torture are shown live. Not only this, the viewers have commented and published it. If a kid is kidnapped, kidnapper people renter him in a red room and torture him. Instead, you will be given the money.

When you login to a Red Room, you might see the Harassment Scenario (say a Blindfolded women is being tied to a rope with a chair). Note that if you do not take the security measures, or even if you do and are caught, you’ll be charged as “accessory to the crime” because of the fact that not only you “didn’t” report the crime, you encouraged its proceedings.

Why is the Red Room considered Non-Existent?

The reason they’re considered “non-existent” is:

1. It’s available only on the “Deep web”, most internet users do not know what that is in the first place, and those who do know, dare not venture into the “deeper” aspects of the deep web such as the Red room deep web.

2. Not everyone can afford Red Rooms. Those who can afford, aren’t teens who would post screenshots on the Internet, they’re serious people and financially well-off and often of high education, hence they know how to keep the Red room deep web a secret.
